Micro-Uzi is a craftable three-star Israeli SMG whose main role is incinerating foes with her grenade. Uzi’s Incendiary Grenade Skill is her only apparent strength though, as her tiles have an ineffective coverage that will never see conventional use and her stats are nothing to write home about, either. Uzi could get away with budget status if it weren’t for her direct counterpart, Skorpion (dayo), who does everything Uzi does but with working tile buffs to boot. Because of these issues, it is objectively impossible to recommend Micro-Uzi over Skorpion, though it should be noted that Uzi’s grenade does not completely fall behind in performance.
Incendiary Grenades do not rely on Dummy Links to maintain their high damage output, and they also have additional deal damage over time when compared to Impact Grenades.
Nonexistent Tile Buffs
Uzi’s incredibly impractical tile coverage renders her tiles practically nonexistent. As one of her jobs as an SMG is buffing the damage dealers in the backline, her frontline tile buffs would expose them to enemy fire if used.
Uzi trades a little bit too much of her HP for Evasion, which becomes rather meaningless in later stages of the game with skyrocketing enemy Accuracy. In addition, her low Damage stat negatively impacts her grenade damage.
Micro-Uzi’s Incendiary Grenade, like all grenades, does not rely on Dummy Links for its damage output, but it is prone to RNG targeting. Because of Uzi’s low Damage stat, unfortunately this Skill does not really do much damage at all — especially considering Uzi is usually a temporary addition to an Echelon during the early game and her Skill will therefore not have any training invested into it. The main reason for Uzi not being more than a short-lived SMG for early Echelons, though, is her terrible buff tiles that simply do not offer the backline ARs anything at all. Because SMGs are sought after and judged mainly for their tile buffs, Uzi simply has no advantage over Skorpion who possesses the same stats with slightly more Evasion and a workable tile buff. Overall, there really is no reason to recommend Uzi as Skorpion clearly outclasses her and is given to new players in enough quantity to Dummy Link multiple times, making her a more accessible and more effective version of Uzi.
Damage buffing ARs
If she were to be employed, increasing Uzi’s Damage stat would be ideal as that would show returns on her Incendiary Grenade. Some examples of ARs that buff DMG are G11, G36, HK416, and F2000.
Ideally, an SMG capable of buffing the entire backline would be placed in tile 5 to make up for Uzi’s deficiencies, and Uzi herself would be buffed by an AR that provides her with Damage buffs.
The Uzi is an Israeli submachine gun designed by Major Uziel Gal during the late 1940s. The first Uzi prototype was finished in 1950 and later in 1954 was introduced to the IDF. The Uzi and its variants are still being produced to date and have been exported to over 90 countries. There is an estimate of over 10 million units in existence today.
